The outcome and benefits of utilising the tools in Implement will enable proper implementation through robust guidelines, monitoring and evaluation tools and procedures for managing performance, and the handing over of roles and onboarding of patients into the retail pharmacy model. It is suggested that this section be read in consultation with Policy, People and Technology.

Implementing the retail pharmacy model for the distribution of medicine to patients has three tasks:
